Refund Policy

Our 7-day money-back guarantee.

Effective July 12, 2026  ·  Applies to the Generative Photography live certification program.

We want you enrolled because the program is right for you — not because you felt locked in. This policy explains our money-back guarantee, who qualifies, and how to request a refund. By enrolling, you agree to the terms below. This guarantee is for people who show up and do the work.

The short version: Attend your first session live (not the recording), fully attempt your first assignment, and if within 7 days of your first live session you decide the program isn't right for you, request a refund and we'll return your enrollment payment in full. The date of your first live session counts as day one.

1. The 7-Day Money-Back Guarantee

If you meet all eligibility requirements below and notify us on or before the seventh day of the guarantee window, we will refund 100% of the enrollment fee you paid. The date of your cohort's first live session is day one, and the window closes at the end of day seven.

2. Eligibility Requirements

To qualify for a refund, all of the following must be true:

  1. You attended the first session live. You must join the first scheduled session in real time — attendance via the recording does not qualify. Live attendance is the core condition of this guarantee.
  2. You fully attempted the first assignment. You must complete and submit a genuine attempt at the first week's assignment as instructed.
  3. You request the refund in time. Your written refund request must be received on or before the seventh day, counting the date of the first live session as day one.
  4. You submit your request properly. Email us at the address in Section 6 with your enrollment name, the email used to enroll, your cohort, and your submitted first assignment.

Requests that do not include a genuine attempt at the first assignment, or that come from students who did not attend the first session live, will not be approved.

3. Deadline

Refund requests received after the seventh day will not be granted under any circumstances. Counting the date of the first live session as day one, the window closes at the end of day seven. We encourage you to make your decision within the guarantee window.

4. What Disqualifies a Refund

The guarantee does not apply where:

  • You did not attend the first session live (recording-only attendance).
  • You did not submit a genuine attempt at the first assignment.
  • The request is made after the 7-day window.
  • You have already completed a substantial portion of the program, downloaded the full materials, or received your certification.
  • You booked or landed paid client work using material from the program.
  • Loss of access resulted from a violation of our Terms.
  • A chargeback or payment dispute was initiated outside of this refund process (see Section 5).
  • The reason is a change of mind unrelated to program quality, or personal circumstances unrelated to the program.

5. Chargebacks

Please contact us first — we process valid refunds quickly. Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute in violation of this policy is a breach of these terms and may result in immediate termination of course access, loss of all materials and community access, and, where appropriate, action to recover amounts owed. This does not limit any rights you have under applicable law.

6. How to Request a Refund

Email [email protected] with the subject line "Refund Request," including your full name, the email used to enroll, your cohort start date, and your completed first assignment. We'll confirm receipt and process approved refunds to your original payment method, typically within 5–10 business days.

7. No Results Guarantee

We provide training, a credential, and a portfolio framework — we do not guarantee income, clients, employment, or any specific outcome. Your results depend on your effort, skill, and market. This refund policy is our commitment to the quality of the program, not a promise of earnings.

8. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The version in effect on your enrollment date governs your purchase. Material changes will be posted on this page with a revised effective date.
